Our client is looking for a dynamic Dutch Speaking Customer Support Specialist to work remotely. The role as Customer Support Specialist: Maintaining a positive, empathetic and professional attitude toward customers. Responding promptly to customer inquiries. Communicating with customers through various channels. Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints. Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support. Scoping, Troubleshooting, Resolving customer queries via phone, chat and email.

Requirements: Fluent in Dutch and English (spoken and written). National senior certificate. 1 to 2 years of customer service experience.
