Financial Manager (CA), Paarl, Cape Winelands. Company Name: My Debt Hero is a young dynamic Debt Review group of companies. We are currently recruiting for a Financial Manager.

Responsibility: The job incumbent will report to the Group and have some experience operating strategically in a similar environment.

Responsibilities Day-to-day functions: Manage Debtors and Creditors. Cost Accounting. Manage Bank Reconciliations. Cash Flow Management. Internal Control Measures. Implementation of accounting system policies. Continuously monitoring and flagging system issues and identifying potential improvements to the system.

Review financial function: Reconciliation to Trial Balance. Profit and Loss Analysis. Financial Reports on monthly variance analysis.

Other functions: VAT reconciliation, preparation, and submission; Internal KPI reporting.

Qualifications And Experience: CA (SA), 1+ years experience in Finance Department; Experience in the Debt Review space is beneficial; Previously worked on Xero; Intermediate to Advanced Excel Skills.
