The Group of Companies researches develops, manufactures, and delivers novel and generic chemical products for use in the agricultural, food processing, and industrial hygiene industries.

You would be the ideal candidate if you have the following qualifications, experience, and characteristics: Grade 12, Must have own reliable transport. Computer literate in Gmail, Microsoft Office, and Google  Chrome. Fluent in English and Afrikaans. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both languages as you will be dealing directly with clients Is conscientious and efficient. Is self-motivated, enthusiastic, and committed. Has a positive attitude and can work as part of a diverse team?

Duties and Responsibilities: Operate the switchboard and redirect calls. Greet visitors and check into register book in line with Covid-19 regulations. Serve refreshments. Schedule boardroom. Ensure the reception area is neat and tidy. Receive letters, packages and distribute them correctly. Coordinate mail flow in and out of the office. Monitor office supplies and place orders when necessary. Book collection of samples/letters via couriers and tracking of same. Booking of flights, vehicles, and hotels. Update Work-In-Progress Spreadsheet on daily basis. Perform filing and all other clerical duties. Update appointment and birthday calendars.
