Looking for Receptionist and Document Controller.
Duties and Responsibilities as follows: 1-2 years experience. Document controller experience. Must be able to read drawings
Knowledge of general office procedures
Knowledge of word processing and spreadsheet software, including Word and Excel.
Ability to operate office equipment (fax, copier, mail, etc.)
Customer service experience
Able to speak English and Arabic(optional)
Organize and maintain files and databases in a confidential manner
Manage communication including emails and phone calls
Schedule appointments, meetings, and reservations as needed
Preparation of reports.
Transferring the phone to the respective individual.
Follow up with clients for updates.
