Modify configurations, utilities, software default settings, etc. for the local workstation. Cabling and Patching cables if needed. Document internal procedures. Assist with on boarding of new users. Ensure each workstation has a computer, monitor, keyboard, mouse, hard drive, and any additional specialized equipment. Ensure each workstation has updated versions of applications, Antivirus etc. Install, test and configure new workstations, peripheral equipment and software.
