This position reports to the Dealer Principle and is primarily responsible for the efficient running of the workshop through effective Supervision of the Technicians and other workshop employees +- 12 staff.
Minimum Requirements: A certified Motor Technician with technical background. Must have experience using diagnostic fault-finding equipment. Must have Supervisory experience. Ability to motivate the technical team. Ability to communicate with Customers and Management. Ability to work under pressure. Proficient in Computer Literacy. Meet Dealer workshop standards including achieving budgeted production hours.
Good Housekeeping skills. Quality workmanship – right the first time. Ability to speak isiXhosa (advantageous). Behavioural Competency. Ability to manage, administer and motivate a technical team to achieve objectives. Strong Leadership Skills. Target Driven, Focused, Determined & Hardworking. Excellent communicator. Salary: Market related + Benefits and 2% commission on operating profit.
