ITS is looking for a fast learning young, eager and dynamic individual to join their team of service controllers.  No previous experience in service control needed, but some experience dealing with customers will be of an advantage. Applicants are expected to lead with customer satisfaction as their number one priority.

Responsibility: Responsibilities and Requirements. Minimum requirements. Matric certificate / equivalent.

Responsibilities: Call logging via mail & telephone. Seeing calls through from logging stage to resolution stage. Generating, sending and following up on quotations. Collecting monthly meter readings. Opening and closing job cards. Dispatching technicians. Efficient time management. Administrative project managing for installations. Building customer relations. General office duties. Salary: R8000
