Hi there, We have an exciting position opened for a enthusiastic broad minded individual. The position would suit someone who is an excellent problem solver, able to communicate on a mathematical level via telephone, email and onsite.
JOB Description: The consultant will be required to deal with clients on site at both operator and management level. Commissioning of Hardware onsite, Installation of Software onsite or remotely, Training of clients on the software, Supporting clients telephonic ally with day to day queries. Continuous studying the products when off calls and completing follow ups with clients.
Salary: Market related, 10 % Commission on support services, Km reimbursement on business kilometers traveled. Incentives (Sales lead commission, Annual Profit Share), Cell phone reimbursement
Criteria: Age = 24 to 35, Must have a reliable car, Cell Phone, Neat and Respectable
Personal / Qualities: Confident, Strong communicator, Capacity to interact professionally with clients onsite at a Management Level
Attention to detail: Flexibility, Quick Learner, Self Starter, Analytical problem solver, Committed to the company and products, Able to go over and above normal working hours to provide excellent customer service
Formal Qualifications: Matric, Tertiary Qualification (IT), Exposure to IT Environment from Networking, to Connectivity, MCSE, Bachelors Degree - Not Essential
