Experienced Wood-fired Pizza Chef Required, Wellington, Cape Winelands.
We need the services of an experienced pizza chef with a minimum of 3 years experience in a busy pizza restaurant. Knowledge in the making of dough as well as the required resting time. You must have a very good knowledge in, preping and portioning of toppings under strict higenic conditions . Knowledge of costing is a requirement. You will be a SA citizen living in Wellington or Paarl and have your own transport. Only people with the minimum requirements must apply.
