Permanent Manager Position, City Centre, Cape Town. Vendange- Kloof Street Cape Town – Manager Position. Permanent Positions Available. Starting Date – 1 May 2020.

The applicant needs to meet the following requirements: Matric certificate (preference given to tertiary applicants.) Ideally a minimum of one to two years retail experience. Computer literate i.e. Microsoft Office. Able to achieve/exceed daily targets and upselling of products. Processing all sales transactions on the computer accurately. Completing daily cash-ups on computer system and manual procedure. Follow up on order/sale, while in process, until the items are delivered to customer and customer satisfied.

Process quotes on the computer system. Follow up on customer orders placed and communicate to the customer. Ability to manage customer. Ensure that company merchandising standards are followed. Must have a good understanding of retail admin procedures. Highly motivated and sales driven. Superb customer service.

Working hours: Monday-Saturday 9h00 – 5h00 (One Saturday per month off.)  Extended business hours may occur during the 10 day before Christmas.
