Skills & Requirements: Previous experience in a 5 star hotel or similar environment, as a Food & Beverage Manager, Excellent food and beverage knowledge, Excellent communication, organizational and management skills, Must be well organised, strong in controls and administration of department, Ability to order, oversee and control beverage stock, Ability to contribute towards and maintain high standards within the restaurants and bar, Must be able to supervise a staff complement, Must be able to interact with guests, dealing with their requests, complaints and queries, Knowledge of Micros/Easipos beneficial, Well groomed, friendly and presentable, Must be hard working, motivated and dedicated, Ability to work well under pressure, Must be a team player, Willing to work shifts – able to be flexible, Willing to constantly give on the job training, Salary R18K Live in
