Location: City Centre, Cape Town, And Job Type: Contract. Professional front of house staff needed to join our fine-dining restaurant in the heart of the CBD.

Any interested individuals must meet the following minimum requirements: A minimum of 3 years working experience in a similar position. Must have excellent food and beverage knowledge. Reliable and punctual. Strong work ethic. Able to converse clearly and confidently in English. Must be able to work under pressure. Must be able to work within the team structure. Must be able to work nights/weekends/holidays. Must be able to work flexible hours.

Duties and responsibilities will be mainly: Setting up tables for guests. Welcoming and seating guests. Presenting, serving & describing food and drinks/wine to customers.
