Retail Sales Manager
Terms of Employment: Permanent, Full Time, On Call, Weekend, Day, Evening
Salary: $28,000.00 to $33,000.00 Yearly for 40 hours per week, Bonus, Commission, Other Benefits, Medical Benefits

Skill Requirements:
Education: Completion of high school
Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years
Languages: Speak English, Read English, Write English
Work Setting: Electronic products store
Business Equipment and Computer Applications: Point of sale system, Electronic mail, Electronic scheduler, Word processing software, Spreadsheet software, Basic computer skills (will train), General office equipment, Internet competency
Staff Responsibility: 1 - 20
Specific Skills: Plan, direct and evaluate daily operations, Manage staff and assign duties, Perform cash deposits, Balance daily transactions, Develop and implement marketing strategies, Plan budgets and monitor revenues and expenses, Determine staffing requirements, Recruit and train staff, Prepare reports regarding sales volumes, merchandising and personnel matters, Resolve problems that arise, such as customer complaints and supply shortages, Authorize payments by cheque and the return of merchandise, Customer service oriented
Security and Safety: Criminal record check
Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Fast-paced environment, Work under pressure, Attention to detail, Standing for extended periods
