Accounts Assistant
My Client is currently seeking to employ an Accounts Assistant on a temporary basis must be available immediately.
Description:
Specific duties will include :
* Posting of purchase invoices
* Payment of purchase invoices
* Posting of sales invoices
* Posting of sales receipts
* Reconciliation of supplier accounts
* Debt collection
* Posting Bank Payments
* Posting Bank Receipts
* Monthly Bank Reconciliations
* Export/Import Online Payments
The successful candidate will have:
* Excellent administrative and interpersonal skills
* Good working knowledge of Excel and Word
* An ability to be flexible, adaptable and to work under pressure
* Good organisation and self-motivating skills
* Strong numerical skills
* Good understanding of IT
* Excellent organisation and time management skills
* Proven experience as a team player
* An ability to exercise initiative
* An ability to manage high volumes in a busy environment
