Lady Office Manager for a Textile Company in Johannesburg, Location: Sandton, Johannesburg, Job Type: Contract.
Key Responsibilities: Oversee the warehouse and administrative functions of the business. Devise, plan, set-up and continuously improve the stock handling processes. Communicate and collaborate with other team members. Advise the director on stock turnover in order to ensure effective buying decisions. Produce, daily, weekly and monthly stock reconciliations. Manage stock takes. Prepare client invoices and monthly statements.
Individual must possess a relevant qualification and proven experience in a similar position in addition to being: Reliable and discreet. Adaptable to new environments. An effective communicator, negotiator and relationship-builder. Possess excellent organizational skills. In possession of excellent IT skills. Problem solving skills. Initiative and self-driven with ability to operate with minimum supervision· Have an eye for detail.
SALARY FROM R7.000 TO R10.000, DEPENDING ON EXPERIENCE.
