The Position In the role of Operations Manager, your key responsibilities will include: Lead daily operations to ensure efficiency and excellence. Mentor and coach team members to support their professional growth. Track KPIs and set ambitious goals to improve team performance. Conduct weekly team meetings and bi-weekly individual growth reviews. Collaborate closely with the team to streamline operational processes. Manage HR tasks such as recruitment, onboarding, training, and growth tracking. Oversee database and software management for smooth operations. Handle office management responsibilities including compliance and staff events. Resolve escalated issues promptly and effectively.
The Person: The successful candidate for the role of Operations Manager will have: Previous real estate experience as an Operations Manager, Office Manager or high level Executive Assistant. Current NSW Certificate of Registration or Real Estate Licence. Must be highly organised with meticulous attention to detail. First class customer service skills and exemplary written and verbal communication. Ability to operate at an extremely fast pace and handle a high-volume workload. Immaculate personal presentation and a professional demeanour is a must. Valid drivers' license and reliable car. Apply in Strict Confidence.
