The ANU College of Asia and the Pacific (CAP) leads intellectual engagement with the Asia-Pacific region through research, teaching and contributions to public debate, and seeks to set the international standard for scholarship concerning the region.

Position overview: The Student Administration Officer is responsible for the provision of day-to-day administrative support for student lifecycle activities, ensuring data accuracy and integrity, and timely escalation of more complex issues to relevant team members. The Student Administration Officer works closely with members of the Student Administration team and with student administration practitioners across campus, liaising with and providing quality advice and service to students, academic and professional staff. The Student Administration Officer will have experience in administration in a university or similar environment with a commitment to high level customer service.
