About the role If you are a detail-oriented individual with strong organisational skills and a passion for providing exceptional administrative support, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity to join our team at SGME. We are seeking a motivated and reliable Administrative Assistant to join our team part-time, working 4 days a week (20 hours) to support our operations.

Responsibilities: Provide general administrative support to the team, including managing phone calls, emails, travel bookings, and scheduling appointments. Assist with account reconciliation. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and databases. Manage incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries. Assist with the coordination of events and meetings. Perform other duties as required to ensure the smooth running of the office.

About you Leverage your proven experience in administrative support and be part of a team who engenders trust and confidence and inspires the achievement of organisational growth.  Excellent written and verbal communication skills are mandatory with proficiency in Microsoft Office. Hands-on with the ability to work independently and as part of a team. This role requires strong attention to detail and excellent time-management and organisational skills.  Experience with Xero would highly be regarded.
