Medical Receptionist - St Leonards & Sydney CBD. Opportunity currently exists for an additional motivated and hard working receptionist to join our busy St Leonards and CBD medical practices. We are looking for someone who has experience in administrative duties in general practice. Medical software knowledge such as Best Practice, Medical Director or Pracsoft is preferred. Essential Skills and Qualities: Hard working, well spoken, exceptional customer service skills. Reception experience. Knowledge of MBS item numbers. Willing to work at multiple practices. Preferred: Experience with Best Practice software or similar
Role Duties: Customer service, answering phones, maintaining appointment system, taking payments, invoicing, scanning, processing Medicare claims, liaising with patients, stocking of clinical rooms, liaising with Doctors, taking messages, general tidying.
