Role and Responsibilities: Answering the switchboard and welcoming visitors. Data capture and maintain the database. Maintaining an up-to-date filing system. Assisting with ad hoc office and sales administration. Compiling flyers and other marketing material
Technical skills & competencies: A minimum of Grade 12. Good command of English – written and oral. Two to five years’ receptionist and general experience. Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office, email, Word and Excel. Attention to detail, Strong and accurate administrator, Knowledge of Office Publisher (advantageous)
Characteristics: Friendly and helpful. Enjoy designing printed material. Flexible able to multi-task with a desire to contribute. Take initiative, be proactive & independent thinker.
