Administration Officer, LBW Business + Wealth Advisors, LBW Business + Wealth Advisors are recognised as a leading Geelong based business and wealth advisory firm.  We are seeking a motivated and energetic individual to join a client focused administration team that supports the accountants to deliver to our clients.  The role offers variety and lots of learning!

Reporting to the HR Manager, you will be accountable for a range of administration tasks including, but not limited to: Printing and compilation of financial statements and tax returns. Working closely with the HR manager on ad hoc projects and activities. General admin support as required, including preparation of correspondence and reports. Filing, answering phones and scanning. Providing support to other team members as required including being a back up for some tasks. Exposure to social media channels is advantageous

To be successful in the role you will have: A can do attitude and proactive nature. Meticulous attention to detail and organisation skills. Ability to pick things up quickly, strong computer literacy and IT savvy. Professional manner and great communication skills. Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines. Ability to have fun and work effectively in a small team! Other admin tasks as required by the HR Manager
