Office Administration Assistant, Wetherill Park Towing, Sydney, Parramatta & Western Suburbs. Initially for the first 3 months of training, the position will be full time 8.30am to 4.30pm.
Moving forward we see the position becoming part time & successful candidate must be available Monday, Tuesday & Friday from 8.30am to 4.30pm. Flexibility with availability is required to provide holiday cover & meet business needs. The ideal candidate for this job must have exceptional customer service & inter-personal skills, is a good problem solver and organised. The position is an all-round job that is interesting and varied and would be best suited to an individual that can work with minimum supervision. Full training will be provided on our in-house computer programs.
Duties / Responsibilities: Answering and directing phone calls. Data entry of jobs into computerised job allocation system. Provide administration support to both the Operations & Office Managers. General admin duties. Managing the office operations – ensuring adequate office supplies, printers, tidiness and maintenance of the office environment. Ad-hoc administration duties.
Attributes / Experience: Impeccable telephone manner. Be able to speak, read and write English fluently. Excellent communication skills. Good customer service skills. Proactive, ability to multitask & a positive "can do" attitude. MS Office skills (mainly Outlook, Word and Excel). Able to work independently and as part of the team. Happy to work in a diverse, multi-cultural environment. Strong attention to detail & organisational skills. Punctual and reliable, self-reliant and intuitive. Willingness to learn.
