HR Officer required for large outbound call centre, Location: City Centre, Cape Town, Job Type: Full-Time, Main purpose of the job. To advise on and implement human resources policies and assist in all aspects of the human resources function such as induction, employee relations, recruitment, benefits, performance management, represent company at CCMA and administration.
Key performance areas: Facilitate the recruitment and selection process within the unit in conjunction with the relevant line managers in line with service level agreement. Send pre-employment checklists and relevant documentation to all stakeholders, coordinate and facilitate site specific induction programmes and presentations, and conduct post-probation and orientation follow-up.
Generate all required HR administration within deadlines. Provide advice and support to staff and line managers for the successful implementation of the performance management process and system, facilitate appraisal process in line with unit guidelines and record and analyse completed performance reviews/appraisals and ensure it is filed accordingly in employee file.
Required minimum education and training. Diploma or Degree in Human Resources Management. Required minimum work experience. A minimum of two years working experience in a full function generalist portfolio at an officer level.
