University Graduate In Science 10 Years Experience In Construction Material Testing And Laboratory Management Typical Responsibilities: Liaises with client or client representatives visiting the laboratory to understand client requirements, discuss scope of work, explain terms of payment, resolve conflicts, and ensure good client relations.

Reviews quality of data presented to him by supervisor level personnel; Quality of data collected/prepared by him does not require review. Receives test schedules from Geotechnical Project Staff and Clients requiring. Ensures tests are performed with applicable standards, trained personnel, and calibrated equipment; manages personnel and resources to accomplish testing objectives in a timely and efficient matter. Provides advice to Project Personnel writing proposals for pricing of laboratory tests, scheduling of work, and availability of resources. Approves laboratory data for ready insertion into analysis and reports. Continuously seek new business and the opportunity to develop business with existing and new clients.
