An Experienced Recruiter (Talent Hunter), preferably with experience from within the Insurance Industry, required to join a National BlueStar Practice, authorised by Sanlam. Successful Candidate will be responsible for the recruitment of Financial Advisers, both with experience and new to the industry.

Unlimited income potential with no fee claw-back. Fees will be based on actual successful appointments - average of R8,000 per placement (depending on the experience of the appointee). No cap on number of appointments. Full infrastructure provided. The ideal candidate will be highly energetic, dynamic, goal & target oriented with a strong entrepreneurial flair, strong interpersonal abilities and be willing to travel between Cape Town, JHB, KZN, George & PE.
