Coordinate and schedule interviews, meetings, and assessments. Assist in drafting job descriptions and offer letters. Participate in recruitment events and career fairs.

Requirements: Proven experience as an HR Recruiter or similar role. Familiarity with recruitment software and tools. Strong negotiation and communication skills.
