Contract christmas merchandiser to work for leading drinks company

CPM currently has a vacancy for a Merchandiser to join our Christmas Team.

This is a fixed term contract 29th Oct- 31st Dec.

CPM is part of the Omnicom group, the second largest marketing communications organisation in the world, whose turnover is in excess of $15bn. CPM Ireland are an Award Winning Sales company winning 3 years in a row.

We are looking for a Merchandiser who will be field based and responsible for merchandising & stock rotation of our client’s products.  The merchandiser is responsible for the achievement of the Client’s key result areas and targets in store.

 The successful candidate will be flexible, willing and hard working. Experience or an understanding of the FMCG sector is essential.

Key Responsibilities:

    * Adhering to a defined multiple retail call file;

 

    * To ensure that all merchandising guidelines are being adhered to with emphasis on Planogram compliance, maximising promotional space and negotiating with Store Manager;

 

    * Check and replenish POS material, equipment and supplies as needed.  Monitor and check all client products both within store and stockroom, ensuring that any non-functioning or damaged product is removed from sale.  Full details should be discussed with the relevant Store Manager.

Previous experience

    * FMCG Merchandising  experience desirable
    * Full clean driver’s license (essential)
    * Excellent communicational skills
    * Excellent Interpersonal & Communication Skills

    * Excellent Organisational Skills

 

You will be working a 5 day week that varies however every Saturday you will be in store.
