Are you a passionate recruitment professional with a proven track record in high-volume hiring? We're seeking a talented Recruiter/Recruitment Specialist to join our dynamic team at a leading industrial manufacturing company in the Eastern Province.
What you'll do: source, screen, and interview qualified candidates for a variety of roles within our organization. Develop strong relationships with hiring managers to understand their needs. Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle, from attracting talent to onboarding new hires. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in recruitment.
What you bring to the table:
3-5 years of experience in volume recruitment within a manufacturing or industrial setting (preferred). Bachelor's degree from a reputable Saudi university. Strong understanding of the Saudi Arabian recruitment landscape.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) is a plus.
