Mango 5’s Cape Town Branch based in the Airport Industria area has a new and exciting career opportunity available as a Recruitment Consultant who needs to be able to start immediately. The ideal candidate needs be highly professional with a vibrant personality and who is motivated to succeed and to grow within the position to become a Recruitment Superstar. This position reports directly to and works closely with the Chief Operating Officer.

Essential Minimum Requirements: Matric (National Senior Certificate). Clear Criminal Record. Minimum of one year proven track record in recruitment, call centre or BPO experience an advantage. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Excellent written communication skills. High level of professionalism, efficiency, accuracy and attention to detail. Ability to work well in a highly pressurised, target and timeline driven environment. Ability to work well both in a team and individually. Flexible, self-motivated and proactive. The ability to effectively execute a multiple of recruitment tasks. Time management and prioritisation skills. A fast learner who easily adapts to change

Duties and responsibilities: Screening, sourcing and processing a high volume of applications. Posting of job advertisements on all recruitment portals. Interview job seekers and prepare shortlists of candidates. Prepare resumes and correspondence for suitable applicants to be interviewed by the relevant hiring managers. Receive and record job vacancies Organise advertising, interviewing and selection processes for recruitment campaigns. Conducting all background checks (references, criminal checks, credit checks, education checks). Constant update of recruitment trackers and databases. All administrative tasks related to recruitment. Start date: ASAP, Type of employment: Full Time, Salary: +/- R8000 Basic Salary + Commission based on competency and experience
