Floor Manager - Foschini Sandton (Top40 Store)

The position requires previous experience at management level and a definite flair for merchandise presentation.

The person we are looking for should have: Must have Matric (grade 12), Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, A passion for fashion and an interest in retail, A keen eye for detail, A strong focus on driving turnover, An ability to control security standards and stock losses, A passion for training & motivating staff, Ability to manage merchandise, Preference will be given, but not limited to, candidates from designated groups in terms of the Employment Equity Act.
