This construction company is offering a talented senior project manager the opportunity to join at a very opportune time in their growth in QLD. Right now we are looking for a new senior project manager to lead the team on an $80 million D&C high-rise residential project in Bowen Hills. The ideal candidate has a few projects under their belt as a project manager delivering high-rise projects and has the ability to both lead and mentor. Your sites will always be well supported and resourced properly.

As a company, they prefer to have their Senior Project Managers on site with the team.

The successful Senior Project Manager will have the ability to lead, influence and deliver on expectations. You will also enjoy building relationships with subbies, consultants and clients.

To be successful, you will have the following: Ideally, a Construction Management degree or equivalent tertiary qualification (adequate experience in the role of Project Manager without tertiary qualifications will also be considered). Demonstrated experience working as a Project Manager for a mid- or upper-tier Construction Company.

D&C Project experience: Ability to manage a team of Contract Administrators and supervisors. Commercially astute. Tendering experience (for future projects).
