Who you are…
This position is located in Victoria, focus is on our Asia clientele. You must be fluent in both Mandarin and English, oral and written.
This high-energy sales job requires persistent and persuasive interactions with affiliates, proven sales and relationship building skills, ability to negotiate commitments from clients, and strong communication skills. We are seeking a self motivated individual, able to be resilient when faced with obstacles. You must be fluent in both Mandarin and English, oral and written.
As an Affiliate Development Manager - Asia, you will be responsible for growing the overall revenue of your portfolio of publishers based in Asia, including recruiting new and selling to existing publishers, and finding the best solutions to capitalize on their results.
This position is permanent, full-time, and includes a competitive base salary, commission, and a comprehensive benefits package. This position reports directly to the Network Manager. Working some weekends and/or evenings may be required.
Key Accountabilities
Sales and Promotion
Regularly analyze and review inactive affiliate account history to identify high potential dormant accounts and create activation plans accordingly.
Identify and address the reasons high potential affiliates have stopped earning and reintroduce these Affiliates to the benefits of working with Never blue. Report gaps in business processes which prevent these affiliates from earning to the Network Distribution Management Team.
Segment the Affiliate Database based on known promotion methods, historical account data, priority, and earnings potential.
Define the affiliates need for, and develop support and training material required to accelerate growth.
Work with the Network Distribution Coordinator to organize regular email communication to segmented lists. Review and organize results.
Work with the Marketing team to organize reactivation/activation contests.
Introduce affiliates to the offers available on the Never blue network which match their individual business models.
Achieve individual account growth targets, company established sales goals, and expansion goals.
Build and maintain an intimate knowledge of industry developments to spot trends and opportunities. Share these with the Affiliate Management team, as well as with relevant affiliates.
Represent Never blue in an ethical and truthful manner at all times as the front line contact for the company.
Client Relations
Identify the method and frequency of communication that each affiliate prefers.
Be consistently prompt and punctual with fellow team members and clients.
Build relationships with clients (via phone, Instant Messaging, and Email).
Maintain professional and appropriate working relationships with all team members which includes demonstrating respect, enthusiasm and initiative.
Consistently demonstrate teamwork, reliability and professionalism in the workplace
Team

Education and Experience
Fluent in oral and written Mandarin and English
Experience working in a fast-paced, results-oriented entrepreneurial environment an asset
Post-secondary education in business, commerce or marketing
Online marketing or advertising experience an asset
