Food Service Supervisor

Terms of Employment: Permanent, Full Time

Salary: $13.50 Hourly, for 40.00 Hours per week, Medical Benefits, Dental Benefits, Disability Benefits, Group Insurance Benefits

Anticipated Start Date (at the latest in 3 months): As soon as possible

Location: Area surrounding the city of Calgary, Alberta (4 vacancies)

Education: Completion of high school

Credentials (certificates, licenses, memberships, courses, etc.): Not required

Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years

Languages: English

Work Setting: Fast food outlet or concession

Specific Skills: Supervise and co-ordinate activities of staff who prepare and portion food, Establish work schedule, Estimate and order ingredients and supplies, Ensure food service and quality control, Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales and wastage, Prepare and submit reports, Prepare food order summaries for chef, Supervise and check assembly of trays, Supervise and check delivery of food trolleys

Additional Skills: Establish methods to meet work schedules, Train staff in job duties, sanitation and safety procedures, Hire food service staff, and Prepare budget and cost estimates

Security and Safety: Bondable
