This new opening is for a Senior Consultant to join the flourishing team. The ideal candidate will have a comprehensive understanding of a wide range of customized research and analytical techniques, especially choice modeling & segmentation, applying these in a commercial context. What youll be looking for is a fresh environment in a small, cohesive and well established team that has made a big name for itself in the Melbourne markets!

The key responsibilities: To own and run research projects from liaising with clients to scope out methodology to designing, analyzing and delivering results.

To act as an internal analytics guru and provide superb advanced quantitative know-how

To help champion new techniques and processed so help evolve the offering.

The essential skills: Client Consultative skills, Expert user of Excel and SPSS, Ability to program in VBA and SPSS Synax desirable, The ability to run a choice model from end-to-end, Expert in segmentation development, Experience of the wider end to end quant
