We predominantly undertake family law matters as well as wills & estates and conveyancing. Our lawyers are assisted by an experienced and motivated team of support staff. The Role: The successful applicant will be passionate about family law. You will have a good reputation and credentials. You will be confident in your abilities, have strong interpersonal skills, and have excellent attention to detail. You will have experience with both child and property matters, including experience in representing clients in court at an interim level, preparing matters for trial, and instructing counsel.

We are seeking a lawyer who is able to hit the ground running with a caseload of private clients (no legal aid). You must be at a level where you are able to work autonomously but also able to work well as part of the team. Ideally, the successful applicant will be an experienced senior family lawyer; however, applicants with at least 3 years of post-admission experience in family law are welcome to apply. Experienced wills and estates lawyers looking to cross-train in family law would also be considered.
