Experienced Operators: Excavator, Skid, Tipper. Flexcon Contracting. Moranbah, Mackay & Coalfields QLD. Plant & Machinery Operators (Construction). Casual/Vacation. $50-$60 per hour.

About the role: Flexcon Contracting is seeking experienced operators to join our team in Moranbah, QLD. In this casual role, you will be operating a range of heavy machinery, including excavators, skid steers, and tippers, to support our projects in the area.

What you'll be doing Operating Excavators, Skid steers and HR Tippers, with a focus on safety and efficiency. Performing routine maintenance and pre-start checks on machinery. Following all health, safety, and environmental policies and procedures. Working collaboratively with the wider team to ensure project deadlines are met.

What we're looking for Current QLD Coal Board Medical Section 4 is advantageous. Standard 11 and BMA Core are advantageous. Experience on mine sites is advantageous. Mining RII's for excavator, skid, and heavy rigid truck is advantageous. Minimum 2 years' experience operating excavators, skid steerers, and HR Tippers. Strong safety focus and commitment to operating machinery safely. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Good communication and problem-solving skills.
