About the role: We are seeking a diploma-qualified educator to join our dynamic team at Play's Kool Mandurah, located in the Mandurah & Peel region of WA. This full-time role is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the growth and development of children in our care.

What you'll be doing: Providing high-quality educational and care services to children in our early learning center. Planning and delivering engaging educational programs that promote children's learning and development. Observing and documenting children's progress and using this information to inform future activities. Collaborating with parents and caregivers to support the overall well-being of the children. Maintaining a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment for the children. Adhering to all relevant regulations and policies to ensure compliance. What we're looking for. A diploma in early childhood education or equivalent qualification. Demonstrated experience in a similar role within the childcare or education industry. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues. A genuine passion for early childhood education and a commitment to supporting the holistic development of children. Excellent organizational and time management skills. A valid working with children check and first aid certification.
