What We’re Looking For:

We’re seeking motivated, reliable individuals who bring: Qualification in Landscaping. Experience in hard and soft landscaping, including paving, concreting, retaining walls, turfing, irrigation, planting, and lighting. Strong project management skills, including interpreting plans, ordering materials, and coordinating with clients and contractors. A valid driver’s license and the flexibility to travel across Melbourne.

An exceptional attitude: self-motivated, detail-oriented, and a great team player.

Your Role:

As a key member of our team, you’ll: Take the lead on high-end residential landscaping projects. Mentor apprentices and support team development. Communicate effectively with clients, management, and subcontractors. Ensure work sites are safe, compliant, and completed to the highest standard.
