Location: Osborne Park, WA. Employment Type: Full-Time, Part-Time, or Casual. Are you a passionate and experienced barista looking to join a dynamic team? Our café in Osborne Park is also the retail space for a specialty coffee roastery, offering both dine-in and takeaway service. We are on the lookout for a skilled barista/café all-rounder to provide exceptional customer service and help create an outstanding coffee experience for our customers.

Key Responsibilities: Prepare and serve high-quality coffee and beverages with consistency and efficiency. Provide excellent customer service, ensuring a welcoming and friendly atmosphere. Assist in food preparation for the cabinet and light menu items. Handle sales transactions at the till and operate the POS system. Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the café, including workstations and dining areas. Assist with stocking, inventory management, and retail coffee sales. Work effectively as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Ensure compliance with food safety and workplace health regulations.

Requirements: Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar café or hospitality role. Proven barista skills, including dialing in grinders, latte art, and espresso extraction. Strong multitasking ability and efficiency during peak hours. Knowledge of specialty coffee and a passion for the industry are highly regarded. Ability to work autonomously as well as within a team. Excellent communication skills and a positive attitude. Availability to work Monday to Saturday as required.
