Marketing Coodinator, Receptionist. JRW Property International. Glen Waverley, Melbourne VIC. Administration (Real Estate & Property). Full time. $60,000 - $70,000 + annual bonus. JRW Property International is one of the largest independently owned and operated real estate firms in Glen Waverley. Our team specializes in various real estate industry needs including: residential sales, auctioneering, property management, commercial sales and property investment. Our office forms part of the strongest network in the City of Monash. An exciting opportunity exists for a full time Receptionist/Marketing Coordinator to be a part of a results-proven Real Estate Sales Team.
Prior experience in real estate industry or IT background would be a great advantage. Being the face of the company, we require candidates to be professional, friendly, a team player and possess an ability to adapt quickly to a fast paced environment. Training and support will be provided to the right applicant.
Your key responsibilities include and are not limited to: Front Desk Reception: First point of contact for incoming calls and visitors - including all clients, customers & delivery persons; Answering and directing calls; Sorting and processing incoming and outgoing mail; Front of house, kitchen and conference room presentation; Making tea and coffee for clients, arranging and preparing documents for meetings; Advertisement booking and photos uploading; General office administration including file filling, scanning, photocopying, maintaining office supplies, and organizing catering for internal events.
Management of all staff lists and databases; Providing general administrative support to property manager and accounts department.
The successful candidate will possess the following attributes: Intermediate computer and software skills. Previous experience in a reception / administration role (Preferable). Professional and polite telephone manner (Essential); Able to multitask and manage time; Excellent (written & verbal) communication skills in both Chinese & English.
Excellent interpersonal skills. Strong attention to detail and prioritization skills; Have a 'can do' attitude and really want to take on this role and make it your own.
