Receptionist/P.A Casual basis, Embrace the Moment Psychology and Wellbeing Coaching, Sydney, Southern Suburbs & Sutherland Shire, Salary, $20 - $24.99 per hour.

About us: Embrace the Moment Psychology & Wellbeing coaching is a small, growing Psychology practice in the heart of Sutherland, in the Sutherland shire, Sydney. We provide psychological assessment & therapy to children, adolescents & adults with various mental health conditions. We also provide services including work cover, as well as executive & life coaching services.We are seeking a professional, well-mannered Receptionist/P.A to join our practice on a casual basis, with scope to increase hours & days of work, and plenty of scope to grow with the role for the right applicant! Please note: The right applicant must be willing to commit to the role for a minimum of 6 months, and would initially be working on Tuesdays and Wednesdays for up to 8hours per week in total. However,  there is scope for the right applicant to increase hours and days. Immediate Start Is Preferred! Training & support will be provided by our supportive team.

Key Responsibilities include (but not limited to): Liaising with clients, psychologists, & referrers both face to face as well as via telephone and other means. Administrative duties, such as scanning, printing, processing of fees using an EFTPOS machine. Liaising with Medicare, if and when necessary. Managing enquiries & bookings using a confidential computerised system, as well as promptly responding to messages & emails. Contribute to the maintenance of our website, promotional materials & projects, newsletters to GPs, and create content for our social media pages as per request & direction from management. Maintain at all times a professional, pleasant & positive relationship with clients of the practice, referrers & members of the team. Assist with the development of systems & procedures to ensure smooth operation of the practice. Maintenance of office supplies. Keeping office space clean & tidy.

Essential criteria for this role: Must have prior experience in working as a receptionist. Fluent in both written and spoken English language. Excellent interpersonal skills & a pleasant and professional manner. Computer skills, including familiarity with social media such as facebook. The ability to work within a confidential environment, & to preserve confidentiality at all times. Emotional intelligence & a high level of empathy. Professional, ethical & mature attitude and conduct at all times. In possession of an up-to-date criminal records check & working with children check (or willingness to obtain same). Great organisations and time management skills: Willingness to commit to being in the role for a minimum of 6 months.

Desirable criteria: Professional experience in, or an interest in working in mental health. An interest in practice management & a willingness to grow with the role.
