Administration Officer, Alice Springs Full Time.
About us: We operate the Yeperenye Shopping Centre in Alice Springs along with other associated properties in Alice Springs, Darwin, and interstate. We employ a small team to work in the center management office to oversee the day-to-day operations of our businesses.
The role: This position is responsible for the effective operation of the shopping center’s administration activities by providing administrative assistance and reception services to customers, suppliers, contractors, clients, and the management team.
Required experience and approach
6-12 months’ experience working in a similar role; Proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite; Customer service experience, including the ability to deal with upset customers; Good communication and interpersonal skills; Well-developed organisational skills and ability to perform scheduled work, complete tasks and follow through; Problem solving and solution-focused approach.
