Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise extreme discretion; Analytical and problem-solving skills; Decision-making skills; Effective verbal and listening communications skills; Effective written communications skills; Ability to communicate effectively; Computer skills including the ability to operate computerized 2 accounting SOFTWARE, spreadsheet and word-processing programs at a highly proficient level; Stress management skills; Time management skills.

Job-Description: Maintains routine and accurate book-keeping. Keeps records of payments made. Determines which accounts are overdue. Contacts students who owe money in writing or by telephone to recover the outstanding balance. Makes follow-up calls. In non-payment cases, recommend to ‘hand over to lawyers for collection, in consultation. Generate invoices and statements in QuickBooks. Generate Financial Reports.

Are you. ? Good with QuickBooks Accounting of Pastel Accounting Financial Systems. Experienced, with more than 3 years appropriate experience? Good at mathematics and or accounting? Logical and organized? Methodical?

Confident? Able To Handle Difficult, Non-Paying Customers With Diplomacy? Accurate? Applicant must be willing to undergo A Criminal Record and  Full Reference Check.
