Position: Murray Pest Control has an exciting opportunity for an experienced account manager to join our dynamic sales team in Adelaide. Reporting to the General Manager, you will collaborate with a close-knit team of professionals.

As a commercial account manager, you will be responsible for managing and expanding our commercial client base. You will play a crucial role in driving new business, building long-lasting relationships, and ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction. You will work closely with our operational and service teams to deliver tailored solutions that meet the needs of our clients.

Specific responsibilities include identifying and pursuing new business opportunities within the commercial sector. Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders. Manage a portfolio of commercial accounts, ensuring their ongoing satisfaction and retention. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver customized solutions that meet client requirements. Negotiate and close high-value contracts, ensuring profitability and alignment with company goals. Provide regular account updates and strategic insights to senior management.

Skills and Experience To be successful in this position, you will have Proven experience as an Account Manager or in a similar commercial sales role. Strong business acumen with a track record of successfully managing commercial accounts. Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels. Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a passion for delivering excellent customer service. Ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities simultaneously. A solution-oriented mindset with the ability to think creatively and strategically. Knowledge of the pest control or service-related industry is highly desirable.
