Responsibilities: Administer staff consultation and grievance procedures. Direct and control daily operations. Direct staff. Evaluate daily operations. Establish and implement policies and procedures. Oversee the classification and rating of occupations. Inspect workplaces for safety or health hazards. Investigate workplace accidents or illnesses. Manage training and development strategies. Ensure health and safety regulations are followed. Evaluate work environments, programs, and procedures to control, eliminate, and prevent disease or injury. Supervision. 1 to 2 people. Experience and specialization.
