Reporting into the FP&A Manager of this top-tier real estate group, you'll be joining a high-performance but supportive team environment.

You'll play a crucial role in the delivery of budgeting, forecasting, strategic planning, and consolidated management reporting for the group.

You'll partner with a variety of business stakeholders in the delivery of insights and decision support, as well as ad hoc analysis and reporting when required. While you'll also be involved in ongoing continuous improvement projects.

You are CA or CPA qualified, with a background working as an analyst or senior analyst within a group-level F&A function of a complex, blue-chip corporation—preferably in real estate or similar.

You'll have advanced Excel skills, financial modeling capability, and proven business partnering capability. You'll also be ambitious and looking to move towards a leadership role in the future.
