Recruitment Specialist, Pur & Simple. Location: Bolton, ON. Salary: $34.50 hourly / 30 to 40 hours per week. Full-time. Day, Evening, Morning. Starts as soon as possible. Benefits: Other benefits. Languages: English. Education: College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years. Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years. Work must be completed at the physical location. There is no option to work remotely.

Responsibilities: Identify current and prospective staffing requirements. Prepare and post notices and advertisements. Collect and screen applicants. Advise job applicants on employment requirements and terms and conditions of employment. Review candidate inventories. Contact potential applicants to arrange interviews. Recruit graduates of colleges, universities, and other educational institutions. Coordinate and participate in selection and examination boards to evaluate candidates. Notify applicants of the results of the selection process and prepare job offers. Advise managers and employees on staffing policies and procedures. Organize staff consultation and grievance procedures. Negotiate settlements of appeals and disputes and coordinate the termination of the employment process. Determine eligibility for entitlements and arrange staff training. Supervise personnel clerks performing filing, typing, and record-keeping duties. Recruit and hire staff.
