We are looking for a full-time paralegal/legal assistant. We are a well-established, small, boutique, family-owned law firm specializing in conveyancing, family law, property law, and wills and estates, and we are based in Balmoral, Brisbane.

The successful applicant will possess the following skills: any legal experience will be highly regarded, experience with Affinity/LexisNexis/LEAP (highly regarded), be highly organized, a self-starter, initiative, and the ability to answer telephone calls.

You will be directly assisting three solicitors. You will have direct contact with our solicitors and clients, so a professional manner is a must.

You will be required to work out of our office located in Balmoral. We will not be able to offer a working-from-home option for this role. There will be opportunities to attend court and mediations as required.

You will be asked the following questions when you apply: Are you eligible to work in Australia? What is the postcode of the suburb or town you live in? When are you available to start?
