Minimum qualification and experience: Matric, Strong, Accurate Typing Skills / Ability, Excellent command of the English language — Speak, read and write, Must be extremely proficient in MS Office, Drivers license – advantageous
Responsibility Main Duties/Key Results Areas: Assist with the smooth operation and communication of administrative processes. Typing & Implementation of instructions. Updating spreadsheets with regard to new instructions. Completion of Company information on Credit Applications. Safekeeping of official records and legal documents. Document management. Filing and Maintenance of Files — Original documents and Electronic storage. Scanning and emailing. Perform all other related duties which may be required from time to time. Salary: RMarket Related
