An opportunity for an experienced finance manager to join a growing asset and fund manager located in Melbourne's CBD. The role will initially be an interim opportunity and widely scoped across reporting, tax, and investment accounting, as well as involve budgeting and forecasting.

Client Details: Our client is a prestigious investment and asset management firm experiencing a high level of growth.

Description The role will incorporate the following: Reporting—financial reports, performance reports (with various performance measures), cash, private investment commitments. Calculating investment management fees (for the Investment Manager) and the unit price for the fund. Investor statements for investment fund (produce and send out to various investors). Transferring assets from various related party entities to the investment fund.

BAS, Compliance. Managing capital calls for private equity investments. Handling KYC/AML for new and existing investments. Sub docs for new investments (PE/VC, equity funds, etc.). Pricing of unlisted securities. Other ad hoc analyses/reports as requested by the CFO.

Profile The successful candidate will be/have: CA/CPA. Strong background across reporting and Investment accounting is ideal in a relevant industry. Excellent communication skills. Available at short notice.
